Funny adventure during the week-end: I slept one night in a hut built in trees. To reach your bed, you need to climb trees using tyrollienne!!
Romantic night with breakfast that you pull with a rope when birds sing early in the morning!!
But in the forest, no bears, just birds and squirrels!!

I ran my first sprint distance of the season on Saturday at Noirmoutier Island (the last article of my blog shows you some pictures).
We were 250 triathletes at the start line. I did pretty well for the swim: 14min, awful 1st transition, 20km in 40min so not too bad, very fast 2nd transition and horrible running part: 24min but
half of the 5km was in sand.... Final time: 1'21"28.
I was satified yesterday but I wake up this morning soreless. That means I did not kick my ass enought!!!

The city of Strasbourg (red point on the map) is the capital of the Alsace region, very famous in Europe for its Christmas Market.
Before Christmas time, it was the occasion for me to visit friends and enjoy Christmas atmosphere.
The highest Christmas Tree in Europe
I appreciated the beautiful architecture.
